Privacy policy

Newsletter: your first name, last name, postal code, email address and sign-up date, to send you party and line-up announcements and ticket release news.

Photo downloads: your email address, the date and the album concerned, requested before downloading a photo in HD. They let us know who downloads the photos and contact you about them (for example for a removal request). This list is separate from the newsletter: you will only receive our announcements if you explicitly tick the box to sign up.

Contact form: your name, email address, the subject of your request and your message, only to reply to you.

This processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form. No data is sold or passed on to third parties.

Photos taken at YAYOO parties are published in the website gallery and hosted on Google Drive (Google LLC). If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, use the « Request removal » link under the photo or write to us: we will remove it as soon as possible.

Newsletter and photo download email addresses are stored in the website database (Upstash, through our host Vercel Inc.). Contact form messages reach us by email in our Gmail inbox (Google LLC). These providers, based in the United States, frame transfers outside the European Union with standard contractual clauses.

Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe. Photo download email: 13 months. Contact messages: 3 years maximum after the last exchange.

You can at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, by writing to yayooclub@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

We count page views, a few actions (clicks to the ticketing page, photo downloads…) and visitors' country to improve the website. This measurement uses no cookies and keeps neither IP addresses nor personal data: each visitor is anonymised with a fingerprint that changes every day. Figures are kept for 13 months.

The website uses no advertising or audience measurement cookies. Some articles embed external content (for example a Spotify player). It only loads when you click to open it: these services may then set their own cookies, according to their privacy policies.
